For the price offer we need the following basic information about the product:
- Quantity of demanded products
- List of components that we should supply incl. resolutions, sizes of SMD, THD
- Shouldering drawing
- Accompanying product documentation, such as requirements for mechanical assembly, cable specifications, packaging requirements, etc.
To help us with the offer, you can provide folloving information as well:
- Count of motives on a cut
- Single or double sided PCB
- Total count of SMD
- SMD types
- Total count of thru hole components
- Total count of components that have to be manually soldered
- Number of BGA packages
- Lead or nonlead soldering
- Data for mounting machine with full information (eg. references, X / Y coordinates, orientations, values, package sizes, TOP / BOTTOM, etc.)
- Specific way of technological process (eg, identification of critical components, maximum temperature, poorly solderable components, etc.)
- Expected price
